Reasons for weight loss

why you have to lose weight.
To keep you healthy
To reduce the risk of aquiring some diseases eg hypertension, diabetis etc.
To be fit ,alert and agile
To live a long and healthy life.
To be able to play with your kids while they are young and be there while they
graduate from college.
To lead by example ie another generation of healthy people.

need we say more?
 To look good and feel good.
