something really got to give ..........U HAVE TO BREAK SOME HABIT AND STICK TO IT,
IF ITS REDUCING YOUR PORTION ,TAKING A WALK EVERYDAY, STOPPING A BAD EATING HABIT ETC

when i access people that want to loose weight, am able to tell the stage they are in
are they READY, CONTEMPLATING OR EXPERIMENTING,
if they are ready , we plan with them on the process of w loss . what are the problems they have encountered before and what are the strategies put in place now to overcome such obstacles.

When people are on a weight management programme i always tell them never to stop untill they see the result they want , because many quit just 1,2or 7 days to their goal.
so if you are on a weignt loss programme for 4wk and at the end of the 4wk no result,
