something really got to give ..........U HAVE TO BREAK SOME HABIT AND STICK TO IT,
IF ITS REDUCING YOUR PORTION ,TAKING A WALK EVERYDAY, STOPPING A BAD EATING HABIT ETC
you just have to do something, there has to be some commitment or sacrifice on your part.
