when i access people that want to loose weight, am able to tell the stage they are in
are they READY, CONTEMPLATING OR EXPERIMENTING,
if they are ready , we plan with them on the process of w loss . what are the problems they have encountered before and what are the strategies put in place now to overcome such obstacles.
there should be a goal and i can not overemphazise the fact that there should be no stopping until that goal is acheived..
