 are they READY, CONTEMPLATING OR EXPERIMENTING,
if they are ready , we plan with them on the process of w loss . what are the problems they have encountered before and what are the strategies put in place now  to overcome such obstacles.
 there should be a goal and i can not overemphazise the fact that there should be no stopping until that goal is acheived..

lemon.
Guava............ our Superfruit.!
 AM.... lemon and ginger in warm water. and  watermelon as much as youlike.

 NOON... wallnut as much as you like.

PM.... gauva and cucumber as much as you like
